Tanel Feldman

Tanel Feldman is a Partner at Immigration Law Associates.

His practice focuses on European Union law, particularly in the fields of employment and social affairs, including the legal framework governing working and mobility across the EU, the free movement of EU citizens, the right of third-country nationals to work, the intra-EU posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services, and EU social security coordination.

He has particular expertise in intra-EU labour mobility, including the mobility of third-country nationals within the framework of cross-border service provision, and in triangular employment relationships.

His practice also covers the implementation and application of EU law by the Member States.

He regularly publishes on developments in EU labour mobility and related areas of EU law.
