Based on a series of papers on sustainable finance law and regulation drafted at the Appui au Développement Autonome (ADA) Chair in Financial Law (Inclusive Finance), Dirk Zetzsche (University of Luxembourg) discussed the implementation of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Action Plan (SFAP), with a particular focus on the EU’s sustainability taxonomy.
